Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with beautiful decor and spotless rooms every day. While the room was fairly cramped and basic, it was clean, elegant, and quiet. The size was on the smaller side, but that was to be expected in the area.
The hotel has lovely rooms with more amenities than most I have stayed at, perfectly appointed and very comfy beds. However, they showed signs of mediocre upkeep. The service was polite, hospitable, and helpful, with an interesting staff member who mingled with guests. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Soho with easy access to subway stations. The dining experience was excellent with a pampering touch. The facilities were top-notch.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were small but lovely and very quiet, a rare find in NYC. The service was enthusiastic and welcoming, arranging our car service smoothly. The location is outstanding, just off Broadway and close to the subway. The dining experience was delightful with fresh organic fruits and juices. Overall, a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were beautiful, luxurious, and filled with charming New York style details, although a bit small for the price. The service was outstanding, with warm and helpful staff, particularly Lilia at reception. The location was perfect for exploring SoHo and downtown. The dining experience was truly outstanding, offering a delightful selection of fresh offerings. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
